Good Effect Of Take a Nap

Sleeping is one of human activity and it's our habits and usually we slepping in night.Maybe some people don't know the importance of sleeping even they are always do it.Sleeping is important for take care of our health,and it important to conserve our energy.But this time I would like to explain the importance of take a nap or sleeping in the afternoon.Most of people can't take a nap or lazy to do that because maybe they are so busy and they don't know the goos effect of it.These are the good effect:

First with take a nap we can maximize our growth period,because with take a nap our body is take a rest,and one way to maximize our growth period is enough sleep.


Second take a nap sleep are also able to boost the learning capacity of the brain dramatically.
The researchers found that napping for an hour is enough to increase the brain's ability to learn new facts within the next hour. On the other hand, the longer we stay awake, the more sluggish minds.

Third clear our brain short-term memory
The researchers say that sleep is also the need to clear our brain short-term memory, and provide space to absorb new information. "It was like, e-mail inbox on the hippocampus (part of the cerebrum) are full, and if we do not sleep and dispose of e-mails that do not need it, we can not receive new e-mail," says Mathhew.

For Those reason,I think take a nap must be included in our daily list,even we are in busy,because however take a rest is important  moreover it's good for life.
